There is a 20 and 40 minute version of the film for you to enjoy. The longer version has subtitles for our Latin American fans.

The 20 Minute Edit

The Short Cut...

The goal of the twenty minute version was to make our trip accessible to as many people as possible. I think we did that. This was also the beginning of using friends music, and independent bands to help tell our story.

Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things can not be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one’s lifetime.
— Mark Twain from The Innocents Abroad, 1869

The 43 Minute Cut

The Long Version...

This is our best attempt to tell a beautiful, detailed story in a reasonable amount of time.  We hope that by sharing our story, we inspire you to create your own.

We travel, initially, to lose ourselves; and we travel, next, to find ourselves. We travel to open our hearts and eyes. And we travel, in essence, to become young fools again— to slow time down and fall in love once more.
— Pico Iyer
